Are your readings totally confidential?
Yes. Everything that you tell us will remain totally confidential to that actual clairvoyant. Nothing is shared amongst our psychics or held centrally. This is exceptionally important to us and something that we strictly maintain
How quickly will I receive my reading?
All readings from this website will be with you within 24 hours. Quite often within 4 to 5 hours. Our aim is to get professional and accurate psychic readings turned around and in your inbox as quickly as possible. Ideal for when you really need to know something. At very busy times there can be delays, but this will be mentioned on the website so you see it at the time of ordering.
Are there any subjects that you will not cover?
There are some subjects that we are governed by law from discussing and this includes death. We also refrain from giving health advice or diagnosis, believing that this is what the doctor is for. We do not give out lottery numbers. Our readings are purely for guidance and advice given is not intended to take away your free will. We are not to be used in place of doctors, legal or other professional bodies and will always direct clients to those people should we feel it is more suitable. Due to UK legislation we have to state that all readings for entertainment purposes. This is a legal requirement.
Is there a phone number that I can call you on if I have a query?
Yes the telephone number is on the contact page. Please note we are UK-based and as we are a group and not accompany there is not an office so the telephone number will be answered in turn by the clairvoyants on this website. Please make sure that it is a suitable time to make your call as you will be ringing through to someone's home.
Do I have to have the tarot cards?
No not at all. You can choose to have pure clairvoyance, angelic guidance, or the tarot combined with clairvoyance. These are options for those that do not like the tarot cards. Please state your preferred method.
Which clairvoyant should I choose?
It can be difficult deciding who to have your reading with, we have four main clairvoyants here at psychic reading express, all of them work full-time within this field. We also have another five clairvoyants that will carry out readings during busy periods, and also for our soonest available psychic readings if necessary. Most people read through the profiles and go with the person that appeals to them and their gut instinct. If you are unsure please choose this soonest available psychic option and just mention that you are unsure and would like the most suitable clairvoyant for your situation and we will do that for you.
Can I ask questions about someone else?
Yes of course you can. But we cannot base a whole reading on someone else only your association with them.
Can I phone up for a reading?
All of the readings from this website are by post or e-mail. Most of the time we are dealing with e-mail readings because of the timescale involved but if you do prefer to have your readings sent out by post we can arrange to do that for you but of course it will be longer than 24 hours.
What if my reading fails to come through to me?
Should there be any difficulty receiving your reading we usually suggest that you check your spam folder first and if there is no sign of it that you contact us from the contact page. If there is a difficulty or further delay then there is a phone number available that you can call in order to check where you're reading is and make sure that we have all the correct details. So that we do not cause delays to your reading.
How often would you recommend I have a reading?
Usually we suggest that readings spaced 3 to 6 monthly for general readings. However during times of crisis or doubt or when the situation is changing rapidly some people like to have readings weekly and on occasion every few days. This is especially suitable with the smaller mini reading.
How do you choose the clairvoyants?
All of the clairvoyants that work within this website are friends as well as colleagues. We all work from our own homes, and we are not a company but a group of people that work in the same field and have known each other for a long time. Everyone is tested and maintains a high standard.
Do you have any vacancies for clairvoyants?
At the present time there are no vacancies for psychics or tarot readers but it is possible in the future that we may need further help and when this does occur there will be details on the website.
